Yoga

Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga is what it sounds like. It is a gentler style of hatha & Vinyasa yoga and good for all levels including the beginner. It is performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions, and usually includes extended time for meditation, yogic breath work, and relaxation.

Gentle Flow

Class is geared specifically for those new to Vinyasa yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Not safe for pregnant yogi's.

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt is a magical combination of power yoga, strength, and endurance training designed to create a full-body workout. Combining traditional Vinyasa yoga poses and principles with strength training and hand weights, this high-intensity workout will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed and truly amazing. This is also set to a great playlist to keep you on the move. You will get heated/Hot in this class. If new to Yoga, Holistic Fluidity recommends that you take at least 3 Power Flow classes first.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a practice of deep relaxation. It puts the brain in a state of fully conscious rest.

Each practice will guide you through an extensive body scan and brain waves measurably change into alpha waves. These are quieter than the waking beta waves. Thirty minutes of yoga nidra is said to be equivalent to two hours of profound sleep.

Yoga Nidra can help with liberation from stress, worry, and tension. It’s said to be an age-halting and rejuvenating practice. You may experience better dream recall and become more present in your life.

This class is for those who need a high quality of rest, to refresh the body and the mind.

No experience needed.  Simply listen to the sound of the teacher’s voice and follow the instructions.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is 75-minute gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds in a series of 4-6 restful poses. Yogis are often supported by props to enhance or deepen their experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and release. This also includes a centering, breathing mediation.

Power Flow

Power Flow is a high intense 60 minute Vinyasa class. It incorporates breath and moving at a faster pace than the regular Vinyasa with a focus on the core. One breath & one movement with some power!

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom, and fluidity in the mind-body connection. This class is heated. Safe for women in their first trimester only.

Heated Fusion

This is a hot yoga class that incorporates traditional hot yoga poses with a hint of Vinyasa. The combination of the two will challenge, push, and leave your refreshed.
